Shipping policy

Processing Time
Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing during our regular season.
During holidays or major sale events, processing may take up to 8 business days.

Shipping Rates
We offer simple and transparent shipping on all orders:

• Standard Shipping: Flat $7.00 maximum

• Free Shipping: Automatically applied on orders of $150.00 or more (before tax)

• Lightweight Items: Some items (such as stickers or small accessories) may qualify for lower USPS/UPS discounted rates, which will appear automatically at checkout.

  • You will never pay more than $7.00 for standard shipping unless you select an upgraded carrier service.

Delivery Timeframes
After processing, most packages arrive within 3–4 business days, depending on your location and carrier timelines.

Pre-Order Items
If your order contains a pre-order item, shipping may take 8–12 business days.
Pre-order timelines will always be stated on the product page.

Address Changes
If you entered an incorrect address, please email us immediately at info@rejoicemarket.com with your order number.
We can adjust the address only while the order is still processing. Once the package ships, we cannot make changes.
Incorrect addresses are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking Information
Tracking details are emailed as soon as your order has shipped.
